It Started With Listening.
Over the past few years, we’ve had a lot of conversations with people building printing businesses from very different places.
Some were running a machine from a spare room at home. Some had already grown into busy studios. Others were custom-gift sellers who suddenly found themselves saying yes to bigger orders than their original setup was built to handle.
The details were different, but we kept hearing the same frustrations.
“I need more width, but I don’t want a huge factory machine.”
“I want more output, but I don’t want more calibration every morning.”
“I’m spending too much time moving material from one step to the next.”
And underneath all of those questions was an even simpler one:
That became one of the questions behind the UIX60.
We organized that feedback into our VOC — Voice of Customer — work and brought it straight into the product discussion. Instead of starting with a list of specifications we wanted to sell, we started with the problems users actually wanted solved.

More Capability. Not More Complexity.
One thing became clear very early in development: we didn’t want “industrial” to automatically mean oversized, intimidating, or unnecessarily complicated.
We wanted the UIX60 to have the production capability a growing studio needs, while still making sense in the kind of workspace our customers actually use every day.
More room for batch layouts, larger graphics, and higher-volume production without immediately stepping into a huge factory system.
We brought the core production stages together so less of your day is spent manually moving material between processes.
Higher production capability without building the workflow around a more complicated multi-head alignment routine.
We chose a proven industrial control platform because stability matters most after the demo is over and the real orders begin.
We Wanted More Room Before We Wanted More Numbers.
A 600 mm print width looks good on a specification sheet. But that wasn’t the reason we chose it.
We chose it because limited width changes the way people work. It changes how many designs fit into a run. It changes how often a layout needs to be rearranged. And once orders start stacking up, those small limitations begin taking real time out of the day.
The UIX60 gives you a true 23.6" / 600 mm print width, giving you more flexibility for larger graphics and batch production across tumblers, bottles, acrylic pieces, packaging, glassware, ceramic, metal, wood, and other suitable UV DTF applications.

Why One I3200?
We spent a lot of time thinking about the printhead configuration.
More printheads can sound more impressive on paper. But from the operator’s side of the machine, more hardware can also mean more alignment, more calibration, and more things to keep an eye on.
We didn’t want to add complexity simply to make the specification sheet look bigger.
So we chose a single I3200 printhead.
In our internal testing, one I3200 delivered output comparable to three XP600 printheads while allowing us to keep the printhead architecture simpler.
That was the balance we wanted: more production capability without making the operator’s day unnecessarily complicated.
In our testing and normal-use experience, the I3200 has exceeded one year of service life when operated and maintained properly.
A Five-Minute Demo Wasn’t Enough for Us.
A machine can look fast when it only needs to print for a few minutes.
But that isn’t the kind of day our higher-volume customers were describing to us.
They were talking about the days when orders stack up. When deadlines overlap. When the printer needs to keep working long after the first job looked perfect.
So part of our validation focused on sustained production — not just short demo performance.
We tested the UIX60 through continuous printing runs, including 24-hour operation, to evaluate stability during extended production.
In production testing using 16 oz cup-wrap layouts, output reached up to 1,500 printed wraps per day.
The single-I3200 configuration reached production speeds of approximately 3 m²/h under our tested settings.
Our internal comparison testing showed output from one I3200 comparable to three XP600 printheads.
Actual production output may vary depending on artwork dimensions, layout, print settings, pass count, materials, environment, maintenance, and operating conditions.

We Wanted Fewer Moments Where You Had to Stop and Touch the Job.
Some of the biggest workflow frustrations aren’t dramatic.
It’s picking the material up again. Moving it to the next step. Repositioning it. Checking it. Starting again.
Once? No problem.
Fifty times in a busy production day? That feels very different.

We Didn’t Want the Software to Become Another Job.
File preparation is another place where small steps quietly eat into production time.
The updated RIIN workflow supports direct PNG importing and can generate the required white layer without requiring the user to manually create a separate spot-color path for every design.
For a shop processing many customer files in one day, that matters.
You should be spending more time making and selling — not repeatedly rebuilding the same setup before the printer can begin.
Stability Is Not the Feature You Notice on Day One.
When people compare printers, speed is easy to see. Resolution is easy to compare. Print width fits neatly into a table.
Stability is different.
Usually, you notice it later.
You notice it after the machine has become part of your normal workday. After customer orders depend on it. After losing an afternoon to an unexpected interruption would actually cost your business something.

The Questions We Would Ask Too.
Is the UIX60 difficult to operate?
We designed it specifically to reduce some of the setup work that can make higher-capacity equipment feel intimidating. The single-I3200 architecture reduces printhead alignment requirements, while RIIN supports direct PNG importing and automatic white-layer generation.
Do I need a separate laminator?
No. Printing, automatic lamination, and finished-material take-up are integrated into the UIX60 workflow.
How fast is it really?

Can it handle long production days?

The UIX60 includes white ink stirring and automatic printhead cleaning systems to help reduce settling and routine clogging risk. Proper maintenance is still essential for any white-ink printer.
How long should the I3200 printhead last?
In our testing and normal-use experience, the I3200 has exceeded one year of service life when operated and maintained properly. Actual lifespan depends heavily on maintenance, environment, ink condition, and operating habits.
What can I customize with UV DTF?
UIX60 is designed for UV DTF applications on suitable and compatible surfaces such as glass, metal, wood, acrylic, ceramic, leather, packaging, bottles, tumblers, signs, and customized gifts.
What happens if I need technical help?
UIX60 includes a 2-year machine warranty, a 6-month printhead warranty, and lifetime technical support. We want support to remain part of the ownership experience, not disappear after checkout.
