Who is the Haolic XP-2 designed for?

The XP-2 is a compact 13-inch desktop DTF printer designed for home businesses and small studios. It creates transfers for custom T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and other fabric products, with touchscreen controls that simplify everyday operation.

What’s new in the XP-2 compared with the XP-1?

Both models offer a 13-inch print width and an XP600 printhead. The XP-2 upgrades the drive and ink delivery systems and adds touchscreen head cleaning, one-touch ink priming, automatic film cutting, and one-touch pinch roller lifting. Wide maintenance access doors also make routine care easier.

What support is included with the XP-2?

Haolic provides 1-on-1 setup and training, remote troubleshooting, ongoing technical support, and access to manuals, software, and maintenance resources to help you get started and keep your XP-2 running smoothly.

Do I need DTF printing experience to use the XP-2?

Not necessarily. The XP-2 is designed with simplified touchscreen controls and one-touch functions to make everyday operation easier. Haolic also provides 1-on-1 setup and training to help new users get started with confidence.

Does the XP-2 still need regular maintenance?

Yes. Automatic white ink circulation at startup, one-touch printhead cleaning, and easier maintenance access help simplify daily care, but regular maintenance is still required. Follow the XP-2 maintenance instructions for nozzle checks, cleaning, and care between print sessions.

How does Vacation Mode work?

With Vacation Mode enabled and the printer powered on, the XP-2 runs scheduled white ink circulation and light nozzle firing without a computer connected. This helps care for the ink system and printhead with minimal ink use. Follow the XP-2 care instructions before leaving the printer unused for an extended period.
