Cancellation

Please note that we require 3–5 working days on average to process your order before dispatch.

  • If you request a cancellation within 48 hours after placing the order and before shipment, you are eligible for a full cancellation.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (actual posting time depends on your payment provider).


Returns

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@haolic.com with details of your issue.

  2. Please ensure:

    • Items are unused and in original condition.

    • Items are returned with original packaging and box.

    • All returned items are packed in one parcel.

  3. Our team will respond within 3 business days with next steps (replacement or refund).

Return Policy:

  • Valid for 30 days from purchase.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) may only be eligible for partial refunds.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Some health and personal care items are non-returnable.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer bears the return shipping fee.

  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we cover the shipping fee.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • First, check your bank or card account again.

  • Contact your card issuer or bank—processing time may vary.

  • If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at service@haolic.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective item, contact us at service@haolic.com within 72 hours of receipt.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the returned item is received.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

If the item value is over $500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
