Warranty and Return Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Mainboard Warranty
- Dual-head Printer Mainboard: Not covered by warranty. Repairs can be arranged at the customer’s own expense.
- Single-head Printer Mainboard: Covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, including one replacement if the mainboard is defective within the warranty period.
1.2 Printhead and Related Components Warranty
- Printheads: No warranty is provided for printheads or components that have been damaged due to ink contact or improper usage.
1.3 Warranty for Other Accessories
- Accessories related to Haolic printers are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
1.4 General Warranty Terms
- Haolic ink must be exclusively used in the printer for the warranty to remain valid.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by the use of third-party inks, including printhead blockages.
- The warranty applies only to customers who have purchased a Haolic printer.
- Damages must be verified by our customer service team or engineers as non-user-induced.
- Damages due to user negligence or misuse are not covered.
2. Warranty Costs

Within One Month of Receipt:
If any covered component is damaged within one month of receiving the printer, Haolic will cover the cost of the component and the shipping fees. -
Beyond One Month of Receipt:
If damage occurs after one month, Haolic will cover the cost of the component, but shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Return Policy

Eligible for Return:
Printers that are received within one week and have not had ink installed can be returned in their original packaging for an exchange or refund. -
Ineligible for Return:
If the printer has had ink installed, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
4. Extended Warranty and Services
For customers whose Haolic printer is beyond the standard 12-month warranty, we offer extended warranty services, including:
- Remote Expert Service: Access to professional remote assistance for troubleshooting and technical support.
- Extended Warranty Program: Additional coverage for repairs and parts replacements after the standard warranty period.
