Warranty Coverage:

Mainboard
a. Mainboard for dual-head printer is not covered by warranty. Customers may send them in for repairs at their own expense.
b. Mainboard for single-head printer is covered by a 6-month warranty period since printer purchase. Within this warranty period, you are eligible for one replacement.

Print Head and Related Components
No warranty is provided for print heads or components that may be damaged due to contact with ink. However, after warranty registration, the following printheads are covered by a 6-month warranty period since printer purchase, limited to one replacement: (L1800, R1390, L800, L805, TX800, XP600).

Warranty for Other Accessories
Other accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty period since printer purchase.

Shipping Time:

Usually it takes 3 to 7 business days to send out.
Our default shipment method is air shipment by DHL Express or Fedex Express (about 5 to 7 business days to arrive).
If you purchase ink, powder and other consumables together with the machine, the machine will be transported separately from the liquid and powder according to the transportation policy, so the delivery time is not exactly the same.

Shipping Fee:

FREE Shipping on all items for most countries.
Some remote countries and regions such as Africa and Latin America need to make up part of the freight. The specific standard is subject to the shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Tax:

According to your country's policy, you need to pay customs duties, but we can write different values to your package according to your requirements, please contact us.

Return Policy:

We accept returns and exchanges for printers received within one week, subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions:

   • The printer must be requested for return within one week of receipt.
   • The printer must not have any ink added and should be in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

2. Return Process:

   • Please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
   • We will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

   • If the return conditions are met, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is safely returned.

4. Non-Returnable Situations:

   • We cannot process returns or exchanges if any ink has been added to the printer.
   • Requests for returns submitted after one week will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing:

   • Once the return is confirmed to meet the conditions, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
