Customers pay shipping costs for subsequent replacement-parts shipments.

Who Can Purchase

This plan is available for supported printers originally purchased from the official Haolic website. Secondhand owners may also purchase using the original Haolic order information.

There is no printer-age restriction. Printers with existing faults are eligible, and parts needed for those faults may qualify under the plan’s covered-parts rules.

Service Term

Your 12-month service period begins immediately upon payment, including when purchased with a new printer. It runs alongside any remaining standard warranty.

This plan covers remote support, the included maintenance kit, and eligible replacement parts. It does not provide unlimited repairs or full-machine coverage.
