I am very happy with this printer and oven good quality.Everything work perfect, really good for beginner.Contact with seller and with tech support is alsp very good.
The part where the film cutter is does not stay and unfortunately I have to work without it.

I love it. This is my first DTF printer. It was an easy set up but it is a learning process with getting your settings right for your liking. I have had it almost week and my prints are finally getting to my desired look.
I don’t dislike the product. packaging and the look of the equipment is what I seen online as expected.

hasta el momento mis impresiones han sido muy lindas con unos acabados muy bonitos, lo que se me dificultó fue su instalación pero hubo una persona que me contactó y me ayudó con su instalación por lo que prefiero que alguien con experiencia lo hiciera! si bien se muestra en la foto de la tinta amarilla, la máquina tuvo un pequeño tropezón o golpe durante el envío pero la máquina trabaja bien, ahora que ya tengo una semana con ella, me aparece un pequeño inconveniente al imprimir que estoy esperando me resuelvan porque yo personalmente no lo sé hacer y tal vez me responda la misma persona que me ayudó con la instalación.
At this point I have the entire Haolic line up and I couldn’t be happier. The only issues I’ve had, they resolved in about 30 seconds. Rom Je, Henry, and Leo are awesome!
it’s been 1month & my printer is having problems not printing, support team helped me fix the problem
Order last week an already received the printer. It was missing the oven and the supplies that it says it comes with. Tried reaching out to customer service and no response.

I have been extremely satisfied with this printer, which I purchased after reviewing feedback from other customers on TikTok. As a novice DTF printer user, I appreciated the comprehensive guidance provided, which enabled me to set up the printer efficiently. The setup process took around 1.5 to 2 hours. The next day, I printed almost 120 images for t-shirts and still have a significant amount of film left. I consumed an entire bottle of white ink and needed to replenish it midway through the printing process. Considering the large image sizes, I am pleased with the ink usage, having used only a fraction of each color bottle. To avoid running out of white ink, I strongly recommend purchasing extra supplies. Additionally, I advise purchasing more film promptly or including it in your initial order. The image they use when setting up the printer as your first print is amazing and the bear looks like a real life image of a teddy bear. The picture is so amazing and looks so real!

I’ve had it a year now and it’s given me nothing but problems. Now it’s not printing at all and I ve already gotten in contact with tech and they cannot figure it out either. I just wish I never purchased biggest loss.
Jerome and his team are great!!! they respond quickly to messages and offer fast shipping. I received my shipment within 3 days after ordering. everything was easy to install with the help of his technician.
I just received my printer today. I opened it, and there was no instruction manual, even though all the videos I saw of unboxings showed one was included. I had to search for it on their website to find it. I was able to set up the software and get it running. As soon as I started printing, the printer was making a horrible grating noise. I tried reaching out to support, even waited until their business hours with no response. This is one of the biggest purchases I have ever made and I can't even use it.
I love this Printer, makes beautiful DTF prints. Great customer service with salesman Jerome. Placed my order on Sunday night and received my beautiful Printer on Friday! Tech Leo did the software install on Sunday evening. Ordered, delivered and up and running within 7 days!

This has been the worst experience ever with a printer purchase because every time I try to get help with the software nobody response. I have reached out to people for help but nobody is helping me. I wish I would send the printer back but there is no refund.
